Register/Apply for addmision 2021/2022
Download registration form in PDF format – which will be completed and submitted to Meyerspark Nursery School via hand delivery or e-mail
Complete the registration form online, and send the required documents such as birth certificates & proof of address via e-mail.
Please take note of the following important information:
Should your application be successful, our Child will need the following:
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Morning Snack (Children bring own snack for afternoons)
- Educational outings and visits
- Progress reports and parent meetings
- Concerts and graduation ceremonies
- Separate classes according to age groups
Please ensure to send the following required files to ryno@meyersparknurseryschool.co.za
- Filled in and Signed Copy of the Registration Form (If online form has been submitted, the last page of the application form has to be printed, signed and sent to us to finalize the application). Click here to download application form
- Copy of certified birth certificate & recent photo of the child
- Copies of ID’s of both parents or Guardian
- Copy of updated Clinic Card
- Proof of Home Address (Tshwane Account only)
- Copy of medical aid card and allergies of the child (if applicable)
- Transport (if not Parents): Copy of ID + License
